You asked for it - here it is - right in your living room!  Get ready to move while combining cardio and strength training exercises with low impact aerobics, step, kickboxing, dance and resistance training.

Participants must bring a mat and light weights to class.

Instructor: Marion McNulty, M. Ed., AAAI and AFAA National Fitness Certifications.
