Tone and Strengthen - Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deep breaths for a stretch that gets right into the muscle fibers.  Designed to prepare the body for comfort in seated meditation, Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to more vigorous Yang-based practices like Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Power Yoga.

*Yoga Mat and Yoga Blocks are recommended for this class*

Instructor:  Vani Wadhwa
Vani is a certified yoga teacher.  Her journey with yoga stated back in India when she was six.  Yoga practice has been a significant part of her life since childhood.   She finds yoga to be her go-to for finding instant happiness, balance, and harmony in life.  She believes yoga offers her a way to embody freedom in the true sense and live as an Empowered life.  

All Tone and Strengthen Classes are recorded and recordings are sent to the class participants.
