This class integrates upper and lower body strengthening exercises with movement patterns that require balance and stability.  Participants can expect to improve total body strength, core stability, static and dynamic balance, flexibility, and overall functional fitness. A strong emphasis is placed on mindfulness, proper form, and breathing.  Please bring a set of handheld weights and a mat for floor exercises. On your mark, get set, roll!  Tiny Tumbles is a mobile gym offering gymnastics programming for kids of all ability levels from ages 18 months-10 years.  Balance on the beam, swing from the bars, bounce on the trampoline, and so much more!  Students will learn fundamental gymnastics skills, participate in age-appropriate challenges and games, and explore exciting apparatus in a safe and engaging setting.  Our program enables children to boost physical fitness while fostering goal setting, teamwork, and self-confidence.Tumble Buddies:  In Tumble Buddies, little ones explore their new surroundings and participate in partnered activities with their caregivers. Music and props create an engaging classroom setting while teaching body awareness, fine and gross motor skills, and creative expression.
