Halloween - Scarecrow Row Contest - Scarecrow Row Contest 2026
Display your Scarecrow creations on “Scarecrow Row” at the Northampton Municipal Park starting October 9 through October 31.*CATEGORIES: MOST ORIGINAL FUNNIESTBEST LOOK ALIKEBEST BUSINESS/SHOPEntries will be judged by the “People’s Vote”. Gift cards will be awarded for each category. Winners will be announced Nov. 1 on the P&R website. Scarecrow Row will be part of the Halloween Parade route for all to enjoy! *Display dates are weather dependent.You do not have to register ahead of time to view Scarecrow Row during the Halloween Parade - Please only Register if you would like to enter a Scarecrow in the contest.SCARECROW ROW CONTESTANT FORM - PLEASE ATTACH TO YOUR SCARECROW WHEN DROPPING OFF

Dog Training - Dog Training
Positive reinforcement based techniques will be taught using food, toys and affection as a reward. This Canine Good Manners group course will cover topics such as eye contact, position changes (sit, down and stand), leash skills, come/recall, house training and so much more! Each dog should be at least 2 months old, accompanied by an adult (18+) and we highly recommend all age appropriate Vaccines be administered prior to your first class (please check with your Veterinarian for guidance). Older dogs welcome. Instructor reserves the right to remove a dog from the class at her discretion. Instructor Donna Meszaros has over 25 years experience working with animals.
