Display your Scarecrow creations on “Scarecrow Row” at the Northampton Municipal Park starting October 14 through October 31.*CATEGORIES: MOST ORIGINAL FUNNIESTBEST LOOK ALIKEBEST BUSINESS/SHOPEntries will be judged by the “People’s Vote”. Gift cards will be awarded for each category. Winners will be announced Nov. 1 on the P&R website.
