Zumba - Zumba TUES Experience one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA – a fitness party! Why Zumba? It’s the best party around.Note that classes generally have a varied range of ages and fitness levels, but EVERYONE can do this! Instructor always gives low impact versions of any high impact moves so you can tailor the class to your level –Make it as high or as low as you want! No excuses, if you enjoy dancing, come out and give this a try!Not sure if you want to sign up for the class? Try a ONE TIME drop in fee of $15 to try the class before you sign up for the session or for our Exercise Pass Card.
