6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Crystal Bowl Sound Bath - Renew, Restore, Refresh - Crystal Bowl Sound Bath - Renew, Restore, Refresh
Crystal Singing Bowls work on a vibrational level to help remove stress and tension from the body and mind, while raising your energetic vibration and promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. The sound frequencies of each crystal bowl correlates to an energy center in the body to open and cleanse the system on a cellular level, and ultimately raise the vibration of mind and body.Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing, revelations, and magic can happen. *Dress comfortably *Please be on time, doors will close at class time. * Feel free to bring your crystals and extra water bottles to charge up!*Please bring a towel or blanket for comfort while laying on the floor. **Give yourself some extra time if you have not been to this address before. * No show attendee fees are not refundableAbout Sound Healing Baths Certain sound vibrations can be used to assist in clearing away any blockages as the body synchronizes to positive vibrations.  Sound Healing is known to cause improved energy circulation, not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. This can leave you feeling rejuvenated.  “Since the human body is over seventy percent water and since sound travels five times more efficiently through water than through air, sound frequency stimulation directly into the body is a highly efficient means for total body stimulation, especially at the cellular level.  Direct stimulation of living cellular tissue using sound frequency vibration has shown marked cellular metabolism and therefore a possible mobilization of a cellular healing response”. – Jeffrey ThompsonAbout Rebecca:As a Reiki Master and Intuitive Coach, Rebecca works with clients to clear, heal and re-balance their energies. She uses a full spectrum approach, working with clients so that they may fully align with their highest and best purpose and experience.
