Tae Kwon Do & Jiu Jitsu - The benefits of Tae Kwon Do instruction are endless!  Participants learn and develop all of the techniques for defense including: kicking, punching, blocking, grappling, and proper falls.  Offered at the Recreation Center for over 25 years, Sensei Bob Doughty helps his students learn discipline, respect, self control and gain confidence - all while getting a great workout!  Instructor:  Bob Doughty is a 5th degree black belt with over 20 years of experience.Instructor:  Leslie Ann Moore is a black belt with many years of teaching experiencePlease note:  No jewelry, pierced earrings, necklaces, etc,. permitted in class.Participants tested for the appropriate level of training for Tae Kwon Do class.

No problem! Our instructor will guide you step-by-step through easy dances that will have you moving, laughing, and feeling confident on the dance floor in no time. Whether you come for the brunch, the dancing, or just the chance to meet new people, this event is sure to be a boot-scootin’ good time!  Come hungry.
