Added to this is a once-a-month session of "Line Dance Night" which is a chance for you to use what you've learned with line and partner dancing following the lessons until 10pm. Tae Kwon Do & Jiu Jitsu - The benefits of Tae Kwon Do instruction are endless!  Participants learn and develop all of the techniques for defense including: kicking, punching, blocking, grappling, and proper falls.  Offered at the Recreation Center for over 25 years, Sensei Bob Doughty helps his students learn discipline, respect, self control and gain confidence - all while getting a great workout!  Instructor:  Bob Doughty is a 5th degree black belt with over 20 years of experience.Instructor:  Leslie Ann Moore is a black belt with many years of teaching experiencePlease note:  No jewelry, pierced earrings, necklaces, etc,. permitted in class.Participants tested for the appropriate level of training for Tae Kwon Do class.
