Tae Kwon Do & Jiu Jitsu - The benefits of Tae Kwon Do instruction are endless!  Participants learn and develop all of the techniques for defense including: kicking, punching, blocking, grappling, and proper falls.  Offered at the Recreation Center for over 25 years, Sensei John McDonald helps his students learn discipline, respect, self control and gain confidence - all while getting a great workout!  Instructor: John McDonald is currently a 4th degree black belt with vast years of experience. Please note:  No jewelry, pierced earrings, necklaces, etc,. permitted in class.Participants tested for the appropriate level of training for Tae Kwon Do class.
 
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Zumba - Zumba THURS 6 WEEKS
Experience one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA – a fitness party! Why Zumba? Tae Kwon Do & Jiu Jitsu - The benefits of Tae Kwon Do instruction are endless!  Participants learn and develop all of the techniques for defense including: kicking, punching, blocking, grappling, and proper falls.  Offered at the Recreation Center for over 25 years, Sensei John McDonald helps his students learn discipline, respect, self control and gain confidence - all while getting a great workout!  Instructor: John McDonald is currently a 4th degree black belt with vast years of experience. Please note:  No jewelry, pierced earrings, necklaces, etc,. permitted in class.Participants tested for the appropriate level of training for Tae Kwon Do class.
 
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Zumba - Zumba THURS 6 WEEKS
Experience one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA – a fitness party! Why Zumba? Are you a master at puzzles?  Gather your team of 2-4 people to show off your skills at Puzzle Palooza! Each team will race against each other to complete identical 500-piece puzzles ! Puzzles go to the teams to keep after the event. Prizes will be awarded to the first and second teams to complete their puzzle.Check in at 5:30PM.Clock Starts promptly at 6:00PM.  You will have 2 hours to finish your puzzle.Prizes Available for winning teams!Only 1 member needs to register for the team, members must be 18+2 Categories:  Regular & AdvancedLight refreshments will be served, feel free to bring your own snack and drinks.
