Refunds


Refunds will be made according to the following guidelines.
• Full refunds will be issued for programs that are cancelled by the township.
• Refunds are issued by Township check in accordance with the Township’s regular payment schedule. No cash refunds.
• A $10 administrative fee will be deducted for all refund requests.
• No refunds will be issued after the start of a program.
Injury or illness:Written documentation from a physician will be required. Approved refunds will be pro-rated to reflect attendance and issued only in the form future program credit.
• Refunds for all bus trips and special entertainment ticket sales are subject to a case by case review based on ticket sales and waiting lists. Additional applicable refund fees may apply.
• Exceptions may exist for programs that run cooperatively with outside providers and may include non-refundable fees.
