Yoga for Beginners (LEVEL 2)
Ready to take your Yoga game to the next level? Move beyond Level I! Level II is perfect for beginners or experienced practitioners who would like to slow down their practice and get back to basics. Participants will practice transitioning from the floor to standing in a slow, practiced flow. Standing, balance, and seated posture variations will be introduced with modifications offered. An emphasis is placed on fostering awareness of the mind-body connections. Class will end in deep relaxation, leaving you calm and energized. Bring a mat, towel, and water.
This class is not a substitute for prenatal yoga class and is not appropriate for those "expecting".
