Tai chi class.
Take time for yourself and calm your mind, body, and spirit in a low-impact environment for all fitness levels.  Emphasis on fluid movement and a full, pain-free range of motion that is specifically designed to manage stress will wash your anxiety away, while developing muscle tone, building bone density, and improving your balance and flexibility.  Our Tuesday class is appropriate for those with some exposure to Tai Chi, the Thursday class provides an introduction geared toward beginners.

Not sure if you want to sign up for the class?  Try a ONE TIME drop in fee of $10 to try the class before you sign up for the session or for our Exercise Pass Card.  Drop Ins are ONLY allowed 1 time.

General Information
  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email after you register. Please make sure you have a current email address listed in your account.
