Join us at Young Performer's Collaborative (Director Charis Duke and Dome Conte) for a fun-filled week of singing, dancing and creating! We will be performing Dear Edwina, Jr.
Dear Edwina JR. is a heartwarming musical about the joys of growing up, from the creators of Junie B. Jones, The Musical. Dear Edwina JR. is the perfect “girl power” musical for a new generation. The story follows the adventures of advice-giver-extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple, as she directs the neighborhood kids in a series of production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly “Advice-a-Palooza.” Edwina and her friends share wisdom on everything from trying new foods to making new friends, through clever, catchy and poignant songs. Featuring a host of supporting roles, Dear Edwina JR. provides a perfect opportunity to showcase many performers.
Price includes a t-shirt, costumes and free admission to the performance for friends and family. Auditions are not required, but encouraged and necessary for any child wanting a role. There is a ton to do for all kids, whether they have a role or audition. Auditions will be via video, due by May 18th. Details will be sent after registration. Must be registered to audition. NO REFUNDS AFTER CASTING.. Friday: Dress Rehearsal, followed by performance at 7:00 PM
All specialty camps risk being cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met at least one week prior to the first scheduled day. Therefore, do not register for this program if your child needs to be in a program while you are at work. We can not guarantee that this program will take place.
