Classes are Hybrid - There will be both a Virtual AND In Person option
Are you ready for a one-hour full body workout? Set to today's hottest music, Body by Barre fuses ballet, Pilates, sports conditioning and stretching. This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique. Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by upper body exercises. A waist high, sturdy surface can be used for flexible training and to sculpt the lower body and abs. Class ends with core work and stretching.
Yoga mat, Pilates Ball, loop resistance band, pilates ring, and 2 light dumbbells suggested for this class.

I believe strength is power, and anyone can improve their fitness level. I live, breathe and dream fitness every day, my passion for my own personal fitness has stemmed into a desire to create better fitness solutions for everyone. My workouts are fun, challenging, and functional and at the same time bring peace and clarity of mind to my clients. I believe the right amount of cardio, strength and resistance training can make you stronger and carve you into a better version of yourself. My aim is to improve the movement quality for all clients I work with and bring the athlete out of everyone.
