Zumba Power Hour
NEW FORMAT & START TIME:  Thursday’s Zumba classes will now be 1 hour of Latin-inspired Zumba dance routines with about 4 or 5 toning songs.  These toning songs can be done with or without weights; however, if using hand weights, bring 1 or 1½ pound weights (shaker weights, if possible).  You’ll keep dancing and moving while adding some resistance in various ways to help build more muscle and burn more fat!  Come join us for a great way to have fun while burning calories and getting toned.

For those of you who still want some traditional floor work, there will be an optional 10-15 minutes after the Zumba Hour finishes to work on some of our key body parts.  Please note, this ab workout incurs an additional fee.  Come check it out!!

Not sure if you want to sign up for the class?  Try a ONE TIME drop in fee of $15 to try the class before you sign up for the session or for our Exercise Pass Card.  Drop Ins are ONLY allowed 1 time.

General Information
  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email after you register. Please make sure you have a current email address listed in your account.
