Are you new to Yoga? This class is a beginner yoga class. This calming stress-relieving yoga class teaches you how to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for those newer to yoga or working with special concerns. Perfect for the student looking for a gentle experience or those who need a change of pace. Various props will be used for a safe practice and class will end in deep relaxation. Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga.
Please bring a mat, yoga block and water. You may also bring a towel or blanket to assist your practice.

Debbie completed her yoga teacher training at Yogasphere in Newtown, PA in early 2019, and loves the opportunity to share her passion. Debbie’s teaching is respectful of individual bodies, attentive to alignment, and characterized by thematic flows.
