The Northampton Shotokan Karate club and Sensei Andrew Spivack are members of the American Japanese Karate Association - International (AJKA).  We teach traditional Japanese karate.  Our ultimate goal is to develop a well-rounded individual at home, in school, and in the dojo through the perfection of one's self and one's character.  Our program is dedicated to developing healthy bodies, sound minds, and self-esteem all balanced with a deep respect for others.  This class will help your child protect themselves mentally and physically from bullying.  The Northampton Shotokan Karate club will directly support the growth of your child through a variety of classes, progressive challenges, individualized instruction, and opportunities to compete and interact with other martial arts students in the area, around the country and internationally.  

There are no contracts to sign and there are no hidden fees.  All classes are 8 weeks long unless otherwise marked.  For more information on the karate program, please email Sensei Spivack at northamptonshotokan@comcast.net.

General Information
  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email after you register. Please make sure you have a current email address listed in your account.
