Aqua Exercise Medley
Four 15 minute intervals of continuous movement will elevate your heart rate, increase muscle endurance and strength, reinforce balance and coordination techniques. Optional equipment to increase your workout!  

Aqua Deep Water & Soothing Stretch
Move between deep & shallow water during four 15 minute routines.  Get your heart pumping, increase endurance and strength.  Pool noodle or flotation belt will keep you suspended vertically in deep water so there is no impact on joints! Various moves in shallow water ending with soothing stretches and deep breathing to calm the inner spirit and mind!

Perfect combination of classes for a total body workout. Join us for both classes Monday & Wednesday evenings this summer.

Can't commit to all classes? DROP IN when your schedule allows - calling the swim club in advance at 215-357-6807 is recommended to ensure there is room!

General Information
  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email after you register. Please make sure you have a current email address listed in your account.
