Body by Barre
Are you ready for a one hour full body workout? Set to today's hottest music, Body by Barre fuses ballet, pilates, sports conditioning and stretching. The moves are low impact, but will have intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching. This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by upper body exercises. The ballet barre is used for flexible training, and to sculpt the lower body and abs. Class ends with core work and stretching. Many of the stretches and strengthening exercises are endorsed by sports medicine physicians and orthopedists.
Morning Yoga is the perfect way to begin your day. It's a gentle restorative approach to yoga for all fitness levels to give you energy and help you focus throughout your day. You will gain strength and flexibility in your muscles while having a strong mind body connection.
Pilates is incredibly effective at improving muscle control, flexibility, coordination and strength. It's the no-so-secret weapon of both Hollywood stars and busy moms, and the best part is that it's appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Anyone can do Pilates and see the benefits in a short amount of time. When you practice Pilates, you build strength and stability - especially in your abdomen, legs and back, improve your flexibility and and reduce your risk of injury. Finish class feeling Leaner. It's a gentle yoga flow for all fitness levels to give you energy and help you focus throughout your day. You will gain strength and flexibility in your muscles while having a strong mind body connection. Each class will combine a balanced series of poses with a focus on opening up one of several potential areas of tightness, such as your hamstrings, hips, shoulders, or neck. A selection of restorative poses will support your body with props, so the muscles, fascia and nervous system get to take a break from the daily grind.

Aesha has a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University of Chicago and she is a proud owner of Tone and Strengthen, a company that provides mobile fitness solutions. She is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, NASM-Certified personal trainer, and NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is a Master Instructor for Spinning(R) Indoor Cycling program. She loves hiking, biking, running races for good causes, yoga, nature, proper nutrition and exercise. She began teaching fitness classes six years ago and she loves the community and camaraderie that group exercise classes offer. Aesha has a soft spot for "newbies" and loves helping people ease into a healthy and active lifestyle with a "Make it Fun!" attitude. Her workouts are fun, challenging, and functional and at the same time bring peace and clarity of mind to her clients. She is dedicated to helping people of all ages achieve fitness at their level. I meet the people where they are at and go from there. She is grateful for this opportunity to help others reach their wellness goals.
