Entries will be judged by the “People’s Vote”. Gift cards will be awarded for each category. Winners will be announced Nov. 1 on the P&R website. Scarecrow Row will be part of the Halloween Parade route for all to enjoy!
*Display dates are weather dependent.
You do not have to register ahead of time to view Scarecrow Row during the Halloween Parade - Please only Register if you would like to enter a Scarecrow in the contest.
