It's time to take your Yoga Mat outside and enjoy the warmth of Summer days outside in the park! Practice gentle vinyasa flow for all fitness levels to give you energy and help you get through your day. You will gain strength and flexibility while having a strong mind-body connection. Each class will combine a balanced series of poses with a focus on opening up one of several potential areas of tightness such as your hamstrings, hips, shoulders or neck. Reap the benefits while breathing fresh air!

Equipment - Yoga Mat and Two Yoga blocks required for this class

Location:  Wetzel Pavilion (enter Welch Elementary School -750 New Rd. Churchville - on the gymnasium side and follow to the back - parking lot beyond the school   The pavilion is straight ahead as you enter the park)

General Information
  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email after you register. Please make sure you have a current email address listed in your account.
