20-20-10 Cardio, Strength, and Core
Looking to use your lunch break productively?  Look no further!  Three workouts in one!  This class is a total body workout that combines cardio, strength training and core exercises.  A total body workout designed to define and tone every muscle in every way.  A great class for improving muscular strength and endurance!
*Yoga Mat, resistance band, and two medium/heavy dumbbells required for this class*

Body by Barre
Are you ready for a one hour full body workout?  Set to today's hottest music, Body by Barre fuses ballet, pilates, sports conditioning and stretching.  The moves are low impact, but will have intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching.  This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique.  Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by upper body exercises.  A waist high sturdy surface will be used for flexible training, and to sculpt the lower body and abs.  Class ends with core work and stretching.  Many of the stretches and strengthening exercises are endorsed by sports medicine physicians and orthopedists.
*Yoga Mat, pilates ball and two light dumbbells required for this class*

Buns & Guns

This class will help you tighten, firm and tone your buttocks and pelvic region (Buns) through various equipment and body weight exercises specifically designed for this area of the body.  This class will also focus on the troublesome upper arm area (Guns) through specific exercises designed to impact the bicep and triceps area.
Yoga Mat, resistance band, and two medium/heavy dumbbells required for this class

Chair Yoga
Use the chair as a prop to make many of the traditional yoga asanas (movements or poses) more accessible. Most yoga poses can be adapted to be practiced while seated in a chair or standing next to one. A chair yoga practice is perfect for those who find themselves stuck in an office chair for too many hours of the day, for those feeling nervous about a traditional yoga class, or for those who simply do not want to get down on the floor to enjoy the many benefits of a yoga practice.

This 60-minute class will open with a short meditation, move through seated warm-ups, and progress to standing poses using the back of the chair for balance. Debbie will offer variations and options throughout the practice so that you can tailor your experience to meet the needs of your mind, body, and soul. Feel both soothed and energized with this accessible yoga practice.

Set up your device and have a seat!

Debbie’s teaching is passionate, respectful of individual bodies, attentive to alignment, and characterized by thematic flows. Delivered with compassion and humor, her teaching is designed to leave the practitioner feeling inspired and empowered. Debbie completed her yoga teacher training in March 2019. Debbie has been practicing yoga since 1994. She is constantly inspired by the power of yoga to strengthen, heal, and reawaken the awareness of the miraculous sweetness of life. She likes to share this power of Yoga with her students through her teaching.

*An upright chair like a kitchen chair or a stable folding chair is recommended for this class*
