Pilates focuses on strengthening the upper and lower body, abdominal muscle, lower back, and buns.  Pilates is designed to give your suppleness, natural grace and skill.  Bring a MAT!

Not sure if you want to sign up for the class?  Try a ONE TIME drop in fee of $15 to try the class before you sign up for the session or for our Exercise Pass Card.  Drop Ins are ONLY allowed 1 time.
