Carinwood Bus Trip Christmas Tree
Please Note: Transportation will BE ON YOUR OWN for the short drive to Bryn Athyn, located 7 miles from Richboro. You will meet in the historic community of Bryn Athyn, where you will start your tour at 10:15am at the Glencairn Museum touring the World Nativities exhibition, then onto the Bryn Athyn Cathedral at 11:15am, which is highly acclaimed for its outstanding architecture and spectacular stained-glass windows. Then it’s on to the main house for a Holiday tea starting at 12:30 pm. After lunch, we can then move onto the tour of Cairnwood Estate at 1:30 pm. Parking is accessible to all locations.

Cairnwood Estate is a Gilded Age country house built for industrialist John Pitcairn and his wife Gertrude in 1895. Christmas at the Estate features three floors decorated for the season by professional florists. The holiday exhibit includes elegant vintage fashions circa 1870s to 1970s worn by the ladies of the house.

Enjoy a festive three-course High Tea in the elegant Cairnwood Estate presented by Karen Spire Catering & Events, premium teas by master blender Harney & Sons, traditional tea sandwiches, soup du jour, seasonal salad, family style scones with clotted cream and jams, and Christmas cookies

There will be time after tea to visit the gift shop or view an informational video.
