Improve static and dynamic postural alignment, core strength, balance, and stability by performing specific exercises that target these systems. Participants can expect to improve functional fitness while reducing injury and fall risk. Modifications will be given for all fitness levels.
Holiday Core Strength, Balance and Stability
Learn to move mindfully during the holiday season! Exercises that improve static and dynamic postural alignment, total body strength, balance, stability, and mobility will be included. Specific holiday tasks will also be addressed. Feel the spirit of the season with holiday tunes playing in the background. Modifications will be given to all fitness levels. General Information
- Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
