Holiday Zumba Fit
Zumba Fit is geared toward adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance, range of motion, and coordination.  Modifications are given as needed.  Have lots of fun while experiencing the physical, mental & social benefits of Zumba Fit!

Holiday Zumba Fit
Have fun and get a great cardio workout with low-impact Zumba to holiday favorites from around the world!  Improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance, range of motion, and coordination.   • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
