Zumba Sculpt offers participants low-impact, easy-to-follow Zumba dance choreography followed by strength, balance, and flexibility exercises for the entire body. Participants can expect to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, and flexibility. A strong emphasis is placed on mindfulness, proper form, and breathing. Modifications are given to all fitness levels. Resistance exercise bands are supplied by the instructor, or participants may use their own. - Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
