Holiday Yoga Sculpt & Flow
Sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body while improving balance, stability, mobility, and flexibility. Intervals of flow yoga that transition slowly and smoothly from one pose to the next are intermixed with static poses using hand-held weights and exercise bands.  A strong emphasis is placed on mindfulness, proper form, and breathing.   • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
