Yoga for Strength and Mobility combines yoga poses designed to support functional movements, improve joint health, and prevent injuries. This class will improve total body strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility, to make daily activities easier, while reducing stress and encouraging relaxation. A strong emphasis is placed on mindfulness, proper form, and breath work. Modifications are given for all fitness levels. For questions, please contact Tiffany Fite (fite.fitness@verizon.net)

General Information
- Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
