Cardio Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt combines intervals of low-impact aerobics with upper and lower body strengthening exercises, ending with core work and a deep stretch. Participants can expect to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability and flexibility. A strong emphasis is placed on mindfulness, proper form, and breathing.   • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
