4/17 Core Rx
In this fun and interactive empowerment workshop we will look at how sitting impacts our core; which is at the center of it all. We will learn about core muscle imbalances. Together we will practice simple exercises that will lead to better balance, spinal stability and pain free movement. You might even see toned core muscles. Equipment: Grab your yoga mat and resistance band

4/24 Unhunched Lower Body Rx

In this fun and interactive empowerment workshop we will look at lower body muscle imbalances. Together we will practice simple exercises that will lead to better balance, hip, knee and ankle stability and pain free movement. You will be able to squat, hinge, and walk without restriction or pain. Equipment: Grab your yoga mat and resistance band.
