Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. It affects your posture, metabolism, risk of anxiety or depression and can lead to obesity, just to name a few. Unhunched Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This training will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. During this 60-minute class we will work on addressing common muscle imbalances while having fun. After this five week yoga program you will: Have high energy and better and emotional health, faster metabolism. improved balance on both sides, stronger core and stability, experience pain free movement. I live, breathe and dream fitness every day, my passion for my own personal fitness has stemmed into a desire to create better fitness solutions for everyone. My workouts are fun, challenging, and functional and at the same time bring peace and clarity of mind to my clients. I believe the right amount of cardio, strength and resistance training can make you stronger and carve you into a better version of yourself. My aim is to improve the movement quality for all clients I work with and bring the athlete out of everyone.
