Zumba, Strength and Stability Training - NEW!!

Zumba, Strength and Stability Training combines intervals of low-impact Zumba with upper body, lower body and core strengthening exercises, ending with a deep stretch. Participants can expect to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and stability and flexibility. Modifications are given as needed.
