Zumba, Strength and Stability Training - NEW!!
Zumba, Strength and Stability Training combines intervals of low-impact Zumba with upper body, lower body and core strengthening exercises, ending with a deep stretch. Participants can expect to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and stability and flexibility. Modifications are given as needed. - Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
