Stress Management Boot Camp

Do you want to move from being DIS-stressed to being DE-stressed? If so, this is the workshop for you! We will learn about mindfulness and the power of positive thinking, and how to apply these things to everyday life. We will also engage in play and team building exercises and relax through a slow yoga flow. Last, we will learn how something that is FREE and available to us all the time can help us de-stress anytime (hint: it’s your breath). Come join us for a day of decompression!
