Teen Girl Self Care Workshop
In this workshop, we will examine what self-care is and why it is important to both physical and mental health. Participants will engage in yoga, play, breath work and guided meditation. We will also explore the importance of nutrition and sleep on well-being. Participants should come dressed in comfortable clothing they can move freely in. Each participant will leave with a resource guide and tools they can use to improve well-being.
