LEGO Robotics and Coding - Amazing Engineers
Grades 1-3
This fun and interactive program focuses on coding and robotics as it introduces students to the engineering design process using LEGO® Essential Education Robotics Construction Sets. The young engineers will work in teams of 2 building models, such as a swing and a submarine. They will define problems, brainstorm solutions, and test their prototypes to improve their ideas. Children will gain confidence and understanding as they build and explore their construction projects.

LEGO Robotics and Coding with Scratch MIT - Crazy Carnival Games
Grades 3-5
This fun and interactive program explores many aspects of STEM using LEGO® Spike Essential Education Robotics Construction Sets. Focusing on energy, children will work in pairs to build prototypes, such as a mini-golf course and a pinball machine. They will explore the relationship between energy and speed, and predict how energy moves from place to place. They will then code their designs with Scratch MIT, a block-based code, to perform various tasks and functions. Young engineers will broaden their understanding of energy conversion (potential and kinetic)  testing solutions to improve and refine its function.
