Ready to kick (literally!) your exercise routine up a notch? Try Cardio Kickboxing! This workout, for all levels, merges cardiovascular exercise with kicks, punches and self defense skills. It builds strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility, while enhancing core strength. Please bring a mat for extra core work and cool down.

Not sure if you want to sign up for the class?  Try a ONE TIME drop in fee of $15 to try the class before you sign up for the session or for our Exercise Pass Card.  Drop Ins are ONLY allowed 1 time.
