Join us at Northampton Township Parks & Recreation for a deeply relaxing, immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support whole-body restoration.
During this hour-long experience, you’ll rest comfortably while the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls wash over you, guiding the brain into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where the body can naturally reset and restore.
Crystal singing bowls work on a vibrational level, helping to release tension, soften mental chatter, and bring the body and mind back into balance. Each bowl’s frequency corresponds with an energy center in the body, supporting gentle energetic clearing and a sense of grounded calm.
As you settle into the crystalline soundscape, many participants experience:

No prior meditation or sound healing experience is required — simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
What to Bring
Yoga mat and/or blanket
Pillow for head or knee support
Optional: crystals and an extra bottle of water to “charge” during the session
Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
