Teen Yoga
Yoga asanas concentrating on stretching, breathing and relaxation. No prior experience in yoga necessary.

Don’t forget your yoga mat/blanket! Yoga blocks will be provided by the Recreation Center for class.

Instructor: Richa Jayakar RYT-200 is a registered yoga teacher in Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Yoga Alliance.  Her classes are concentrated around stretching, breathing and relaxation.  She is also a certified Yoga Nidra instructor.
