Join us for a deeply restorative Reiki-Infused Crystal Bowl Sound Bath — an immersive experience combining the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls with the gentle, non-invasive support of Reiki energy.
During this session, you’ll rest comfortably as crystal bowl sound frequencies guide the nervous system into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Reiki is offered throughout the experience as a subtle, supportive layer, helping the body and mind soften more fully into rest, balance, and ease.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and return to equilibrium. In this group setting, Reiki is shared through calm presence and intention — never intrusive or hands-on — creating a safe, nurturing container for relaxation and renewal.

No prior experience with Reiki or sound healing is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

- Yoga mat and/or blanket
- Pillow for head or knee support
- Optional: crystals and an extra bottle of water to charge during the session
Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.

About Patty
In 2015, Patty discovered Reiki and has never looked back. It has truly been a magical journey! Originally, Patty began taking a Reiki Restorative yoga class to cope with a stressful and demanding job. Receiving Reiki over time during these classes helped her find some much needed balance. It also led her on a spiritual journey of personal healing and self-discovery. Practicing Reiki has provided a new way of thinking about relaxation and self-healing of body, mind and emotions. Patty loves to share her energy while helping others to connect with the energy around them in hopes of healing, balance and grounding.
