Mini Sweater Garland
The Mini Sweater Garland Workshop is appropriate for an advanced beginner knitter or anyone who feels confident with basic knitting techniques such as casting on, knitting, purling, binding off, and pattern reading. In this class, students will learn to create a festive sweater garland to decorate their homes. They will knit the mini sweater, seam its sides, and assemble the garland. Written instructions and some materials will be provided for this class. This project is an excellent way to finish any partly used skeins of yarn!

The class will begin with an overview of the project and picking out yarn colors. The instructor will review the knitting pattern and demonstrate key parts of the project. Then, there will be time for students to work on their projects, and the instructor will provide students with assistance as necessary.

Participants must bring size 8 knitting needles, two skeins or 123 yards (41 yards per mini sweater) of worsted weight yarn in different colors, and a tapestry needle.
