The inks are applied to the non-porous surfaces such as glossy tiles and plates by manipulating the inks. The inks are moved and floated by using rubbing alcohol, blending solution and air to create unique designs and texture. These plates are for decorative use and once sealed can be used other than for decorative purposes. Tiles can be used for decorations and coasters. All supplies included.
