Creative Dance for Children Ages 3-5 is a blend of movement styles designed to nurture the creative spirit of the young mover. Class curriculum is inspired by ballet, modern, yoga, and Pilates techniques wrapped in an energizing and imaginative movement experience.

- Welcome: Enter studio and join the song and dance circle
- Story: Listen to a story and explore concepts through movement
- Barre: Discover and learn ballet foundations
- Floor: Explore various movement styles while traveling throughout the room
- Choreography: Learn a dance sequence that we will revisit and build upon during each class
- Stretch and Reflect: Relax our bodies and minds as we cool down and review what we learned

Classes are taught by Jen Mysak, who holds a BFA in dance and a certification in early childhood education.
**Please note: Children should dress in dance/active wear. Children can dance in ballet shoes or bare feet. Socks or footed tights are NOT to be worn during the class. **
