In this workshop, your child will journey through each of the chakras using a story to inspire imagination and allow them to open and explore the feelings associated with the energy inside.
We will explore the Realm of the Chakras by Color; The Red Realm; Orange Realm and so forth. We introduce meditation, sharing using the “What’s Up” method, a talking stick is passed around to queue ‘it my time to share’. The Dragon’s Sneeze is where we ‘help’ rid the ‘icky sticky feelings’ we may have inside and around us. We use a feather while gently sweeping the residual of the sneeze off our bodies. We wiggle, Riggle and Jiggle until all the residue has passed.
