NEW FORMAT & START TIME:  Thursday’s Zumba classes will now be 1 hour of Latin-inspired Zumba dance routines with about 4 or 5 toning songs.  These toning songs can be done with or without weights; however, if using hand weights, bring 1 or 1½ pound weights (shaker weights, if possible).  You’ll keep dancing and moving while adding some resistance in various ways to help build more muscle and burn more fat!  Come join us for a great way to have fun while burning calories and getting toned.For those of you who still want some traditional floor work, there will be an optional 10-15 minutes after the Zumba Hour finishes to work on some of our key body parts.  Please note, this ab workout incurs an additional fee.  Come check it out!!Not sure if you want to sign up for the class?  Try a ONE TIME drop in fee of $15 to try the class before you sign up for the session or for our Exercise Pass Card.  Drop Ins are ONLY allowed 1 time.

Join us for a fun-filled crochet adventure!  You'll learn the basics, from casting on to mastering single and double crochet stitches.  Just come ready to create and have a blast!  Fee includes crochet hook, yarn and instruction.  Please note that everyone will learn differently at a different pace and may or may not walk away with a finished piece.Instructor:  Susana Ash has a degree in Apparel Design and worked professionally in the New York and Philadelphia garment industries.  She has a studio in Doylestown and has been teaching needle crafts to all ages for the past 15 years.
