Each bowl’s frequency corresponds with an energy center in the body, supporting gentle energetic clearing and a sense of grounded calm.As you settle into the crystalline soundscape, many participants experience: Deep relaxation and stress relief A quieting of the mind A sense of emotional and energetic balance Renewed clarity, calm, and easeNo prior meditation or sound healing experience is required — simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. What to Bring Yoga mat and/or blanket Pillow for head or knee support Optional: crystals and an extra bottle of water to “charge” during the session Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor. What to Know Please dress comfortably Doors close promptly at 6:30 — late entry is not permittedAbout Sound HealingSound healing uses specific frequencies and vibrations to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Because the human body is composed of over 70% water — and sound travels efficiently through water — sound frequency stimulation can create a deeply relaxing, full-body experience.Sound baths are known to support: Improved energy circulation Reduced stress and tension Emotional and mental relaxation A sense of rejuvenation and clarity“Since the human body is over seventy percent water, sound frequency stimulation directly into the body is a highly efficient means for total body stimulation, especially at the cellular level.” — Jeffrey ThompsonAbout Rebecca  Reiki Master & Teacher • Intuitive Coach • Sound Healer • IPHM Accredited PractitionerRebecca Zarnawski is a Reiki Master, intuitive coach, sound healer, and an Internationally Accredited Practitioner whose work is rooted in deep healing and self-empowerment.
