Deep Rest • Gentle Support • Energetic RenewalJoin us for a deeply restorative Reiki-Infused Crystal Bowl Sound Bath — an immersive experience combining the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls with the gentle, non-invasive support of Reiki energy.During this session, you’ll rest comfortably as crystal bowl sound frequencies guide the nervous system into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Reiki is offered throughout the experience as a subtle, supportive layer, helping the body and mind soften more fully into rest, balance, and ease.Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and return to equilibrium. In this group setting, Reiki is shared through calm presence and intention — never intrusive or hands-on — creating a safe, nurturing container for relaxation and renewal. Many participants report experiencing: A deeper sense of calm and grounding Reduced stress and nervous system tension Emotional softening and mental clarity A feeling of being gently supported and held No prior experience with Reiki or sound healing is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. What to Bring Yoga mat and/or blanket Pillow for head or knee support Optional: crystals and an extra bottle of water to charge during the session Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor. What to Know Please dress comfortably Doors close promptly — late entry is not permitted Allow extra travel time if this is your first visit to the location About Reiki & Sound Healing Crystal singing bowls work on a vibrational level, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and promote relaxation. Each bowl’s frequency corresponds with an energy center in the body, supporting balance and energetic flow.Reiki complements sound healing by offering a gentle, stabilizing presence that encourages the body to settle into deeper rest. Together, sound and Reiki create a supportive environment where the nervous system can downshift and the body can naturally restore.Because the human body is composed of over 70% water — and sound travels efficiently through water — sound frequency experiences can be deeply immersive and restorative on both a physical and energetic level.“Since the human body is over seventy percent water, sound frequency stimulation directly into the body is a highly efficient means for total body stimulation, especially at the cellular level.” — Jeffrey Thompson About PattyIn 2015, Patty discovered Reiki and has never looked back. 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM    Art - Grit & Grace: A Faux Paper Journey Workshop - Grit & Grace: A Faux Paper Journey Workshop
Discover the alchemy of transformation in this hands-on mixed media workshop where everyday materials become vessels of expression, resilience, and beauty. Grit & Grace: A Faux Paper Journey invites participants to create richly textured faux papers using humble household items like toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels—materials often overlooked or discarded, yet full of hidden potential.Through the intuitive processes of layering, tearing, staining, and embellishing, we’ll manipulate these fragile fibers into one-of-a-kind art pieces that speak to both vulnerability and strength. By incorporating threads, gold leaf, tea, coffee, chalk pastels, watercolors, and other simple additives, you'll explore how contrast—soft and bold, delicate and rough—can yield unexpected depth and meaning. This workshop isn’t just about technique—it’s an invitation to reflect. Each layer becomes a metaphor for life’s challenges and graces: what we discard or hide can, with attention and intention, become something strikingly beautiful. No art experience is necessary; just bring your curiosity and willingness to get a little messy. You'll leave with a series of handmade faux papers that can be used in collage, bookmaking, journaling, or simply cherished as art on their own.About the Instructor: Leigh Ferello is an accomplished Art Educator, dedicated to inspiring creativity in students across Bucks County and its neighboring regions. With a passion for various art forms, Leigh fosters artistic expression through engaging lessons and community workshops.
