Important Registration Information
PROGRAM LOCATIONS AND DATES:
All programs are held at the Recreation Center - 345 Newtown - Richboro
Rd., unless otherwise noted. Locations, dates & times of programs
are subject to change.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A registration form must be completed and signed. Use the form in the quarterly brochure or click the Reg Form button on the
website corresponding to the activity of interest.

Mail In: Complete the registration form and mail with full payment to:Northampton Township, Parks and Recreation 55 Township Rd. Richboro, PA 18954. Mail in registrations must be postmarked
at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive
the ERS fee.

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE:
• Pre-Registration is REQUIRED for all programs. Become a Household Member on northamptonrec.com and register online. Registration for classes listed on this website is ongoing. Registration with payment must be received at least one week prior to
the first day of the activity. Programs will be cancelled one week prior to the start of the program
if the minimum number of participants is not reached. REGISTER EARLY!
Confirmation of online registration will be sent if we have a valid email address for you.
PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time of registration. Payment is accepted in cash or check made payable to Northampton
Township. Payment by Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards is accepted at both the Recreation Office at the Administration Building and at the Recreation Center
REFUNDS/CREDITS: A refund for the full registration fee paid will be issued if the
Parks and Recreation Dept. cancels the program. A prorated refund will
be issued in the unlikely event a class is cancelled before the end
date. The decision to hold classes are based on the number of participants
registered (7) seven calendar days prior to the first class or the
activity. Therefore any withdrawals must be made at least (10) ten days
prior to the start of class to receive a refund ($10 processing fee
applies).
Refunds will not be granted once a program has begun.
• Refund checks may take up to (8) eight weeks to process. A $10 processing fee will be assessed for ALL refunds.
• Refunds and/or make-ups will not be granted nor fees pro-rated for vacation or illness.
• In the unlikely event a class is cancelled due to inclement weather or
other unforeseen circumstance and a make-up class cannot be scheduled a
credit, in lieu of a refund, may be issued.
