Doylestown Health remains committed to bringing quality education to the community. Join Doylestown Health certified health education specialists and nutritionists, local mental health professionals and other select local professionals as they present important subject matter.
Doylestown Health is pleased to offer FREE classes and events in June. Learn from the comfort of your own home! We also offer an outdoor, socially distanced, low-impact exercise and health education activity called Walk With a Doc. Registration is required.

Virtual Learning Made Easy

Follow these easy steps to pre-register for a virtual program:

  2. You will receive an email in advance of the class start time containing a link to follow on the day of the scheduled virtual.
  3. Mark your calendar!
  4. At the time of your scheduled virtual(s), using a smartphone, tablet, or computer, locate the confirmation email and click the "Join Virtual" link OR "Click Here to Join" link. Healthy Boundaries & Digital Dementia (Virtual)

Wednesday, June 2, 2021 – 11:30 am to Noon or 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm

Healthy boundaries need to be established in all avenues in our personal and work life. This presentation will focus on the importance of establishing healthy boundaries in regards to technology utilization both in our personal and professional lives. Attendees will learn what is appropriate in these settings, how to maintain a sense of personal balance, how to assert boundaries so they are not violated, and how to avoid digital dementia. This discussion is taught by a Doylestown Health Educator and Holistic Stress Management Instructor.


Monday, June 7, 2021 – 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

Are you a cancer survivor who is looking to increase your qualify of life after treatment and become fitter, faster and stronger?

12-week session begins the week of June 7

Are you a cancer survivor who is looking to increase your qualify of life after treatment and become fitter, faster and stronger?
This 12-week program includes:
  • Consultation with a Cornerstone Club (Furlong location) certified personal trainer and cancer fitness specialist. You will review your health history with the trainer and set your own goals.
  • Group personal training sessions 2 times per week
  • Complimentary passes for you and a guest

Participants must be at least 4 weeks post-treatment and within one year of finishing treatment services (surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation). For more information or to register, contact Amy Stein at 267.885.1580 or

Keeping Debt under Control (Virtual)

Tuesday, June 8, 2021 – 11:00 am to 11:30 am OR 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

Debt does not have to be stressful. Participants in this course will gain the knowledge needed to take control of their debt and prevent it from becoming a serious problem in the future. The seminar will cover the best pay down methods, plans for getting out of debt, mechanisms for reestablishing credit, and more.

Did you know that walking just 30 minutes per day can reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes? Join a Doylestown Health clinician for a discussion – topic TBD. After the brief discussion we will go on a group walk. Masks and social distancing required.

Cardiac Complications and COVID-19 (Virtual)

How does COVID-19 affect the heart? Will COVID-19 affect the heart even after recovery? These are some of the questions physicians get asked everyday about COVID. In this free webinar, Doylestown Health cardiologist James Hansen, DO, will answer common questions about how COVID-19 affects the heart and what you can do to stay safe. There will be opportunity at the end of the program to ask more tailored questions.
