Yoga - Gentle Yoga - Gentle Yoga AM 8 WEEKS This calming stress-relieving yoga class teaches you how to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for those newer to yoga or working with special concerns. Perfect for the student looking for a gentle experience or those who need a change of pace. Various props will be used for a safe practice and class will end in deep relaxation.
