Cardio Sculpt - Holiday Cardio Sculpt PM 5 WEEKS Cardio Sculpt combines intervals of low-impact aerobics with upper and lower body strengthening exercises, ending with core work and a deep stretch. Cardio Sculpt - Holiday Cardio Sculpt PM 5 WEEKS Cardio Sculpt combines intervals of low-impact aerobics with upper and lower body strengthening exercises, ending with core work and a deep stretch. Participants can expect to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability and flexibility. A strong emphasis is placed on mindfulness, proper form, and breathing.
